    • How can I register on Coinhaven?
      There are 3 simple steps: Enter your name and email address, create a password confirm your email.
    • Why should I verify my account?
      It is our legal obligation to identify and verify our customers' personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (please read our T&C and policies for more information). The different verification levels give you different withdrawal/deposit limits. The higher your level is, the higher those limits are. Account verification also protects you from identity theft and undesired misappropriation of funds.
    • How do I verify my account?
      There are 3 steps you take in order to verify your account completely. The first 2 steps have to be completed by all our users. For Step 1 - provide your personal info (name, ID, residential address and a phone number to be confirmed). For Step 2 – use the Sumsub platform for ID proof, upload a proof of address and fill out the questionnaire. For Step 3 - please upload documents indicating the source of your funds and fill out the questionnaire.
    • Can I delete my account?
      Disable/Delete Account Yes, you can delete your account, which means you lose access to it. You can also temporarily disable your account for a specific period of time.
    • How can I reactivate my account? Are there any requirements?
      The services would be suspended for the selected time period, and when time period passes, the account will be enabled automatically. After logging in for the first time since deactivation, you will need to go through security verification (SMS/email/2FA). Your account can also be reactivated at any time by you. You need to go to your Profile > Security, and press ‘Cancel’ next to ‘Disable Account’. You will also be required to go through security verification (SMS/email/2FA) at login.
    • Can I change my password?
      Go to Account Management > Security > Password, then select Change
    • What if I forget my password?
      When logging in, press 'Forgot password' and provide your email address. In the received email, click on the link and enter your new password.
    • How can I change my e-mail address?
      Go to Account Management > Profile > Personal Information, the select Edit
    • Can I update my personal information?
      Yes, you can change your email address, phone number, residential address, and ID, as long as you provide the respective documents/proof and verify changed information.
