How to register and verify on Coinhaven

Welcome to Coinhaven. Here are the basics to get you started trading on the platform!

First, register an account with Coinhaven.com

  • Enter your name and email address,
  • Create a password,
  • Confirm your email.

Then, verify your account

The different verification levels give you different withdrawal/deposit limits. The higher your level is, the higher those limits are.

All personal data collection is done in accordance with laws and regulations (please read our T&C and policies for more information). Account verification also protects you from identity theft and undesired misappropriation of funds.

How do I register?

Step 1 provide your personal information (name, ID, residential address and a phone number to be confirmed).

Step 2 use the Sumsub platform for ID proof, upload a proof of address and fill out the questionnaire.

Step 3 (only required for higher level verification) – please upload documents indicating the source of your funds and fill out the questionnaire.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account, which means you lose access to it. You can also temporarily disable your account for a specific period of time.

  • Can I reactivate my disabled account?

Service would be suspended for the time period you selected. After that, your account will be enabled automatically. After logging in for the first time since deactivation, you will need to go through security verification (SMS/email/2FA).

Your account can also be manually reactivated at any time by you. Simply go to your Profile >Security, and press ‘Cancel’ next to ‘Disable Account’. You will also be required to go through security verification (SMS/email/2FA) at login.

Can I change my password?

Go to Account Management > Security > Password, then select Change.

What if I forget my password?

When logging in, press ‘Forgot password’ and provide your email address. In the received email, click on the link and enter your new password.

Can I change my e-mail address?

Yes. Go to Account Management > Profile > Personal Information, the select Edit.

Can I update my personal information?

Yes, you can change your email address, phone number, residential address, and ID, as long as you provide the respective documents/proof and verify changed information.

Verify Business accounts

Can I create a business account?

Yes. Enter your email, country of registration, legal form and password. Then confirm your email address.

How do I verify my business account?

  • Please fill out your company’s legal information (name, registration date/country, address),
  • Fill out the ownership information (personal details of company’s beneficial owner(s) and the beneficial owner structure),
  • Fill out the names of the director, members of the management board or other body replacing the management board, and their authorization in representing the legal person,
  • Fill out your legal representative’s contact information (name, email, phone), along with supporting documents.

How do I control access to my business account?

Do not give away account information and, for your security, enable 2FA. There is no way to restrict access from a certain IP/device (for now).

Can I change my business information?

Yes, you can edit any information, as long as you provide the respective documents/proof.

What trading opportunities are there for businesses?

Business can take advance of Coinhaven’s instant exchange, brokerage OTC, spot trading, margin trading and Peer-2-Peer platform.
